Wage

14-15-year-olds: $12.00/hr

16 years and older: $14.00/hr

Essential Duties

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide them with a positive experience.

Take customers’ orders and accurately input them into the computer system.

Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald’s standards.

Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers (if permitted by Federal/State Law).

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning equipment (if permitted by Federal/State Law).

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely manner and professional manner.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain stationary during peak hours.

Ability to move positions when instructed.

Ability to move boxes up to 50lbs.

Ability to find product from low places safely.

Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly to others.

Ability to observe the work environment.

Exposure to high and low temperatures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 14 years old.

Reliable Transportation.

Permitted to work in the US.

Available mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Prior experience in a customer service or food service setting is a plus but not required.
