Qualification / Requirements EPIC Charting experience required - NO EXCEPTIONS
BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be via American Heart Association), NIHSS required; CPI, TNCC preferred
Skills Required - FM Intermediate IV Start Triage Conscious Sedation
if med / surg holds
No psych pts
If stroke pt comes in : until admitted or through the tpa window
Same with stemi or cardiac arrest
years experience required; travel experience preferred
Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions
Qualivis Submission Form required on all submissions
Current NURSYS report required
All RTO must be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet
