Front desk/concierge to help create exceptional experiences for our residents,guests, and prospective home buyers. If you love hospitality, enjoy creatingwarm and inviting spaces, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is theperfect fit.

As the Front of House Club Host, you will set the tone forevery visit to our Clubhouse and Amenity Center. You’ll be responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience, overseeing daily clubhouse readiness,supporting community operations, and assisting both the Property Manager andLifestyle Director. This is a highly interactive, resident-focused role where warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly shine.

Responsibilities:

Warmlygreet all residents, guests, and visitors with a genuine smile

Buildrapport with residents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere

Provideguided tours for prospective buyers when needed

Preparecomplimentary coffee or assist with beverage/snack purchases from vendingoptions

Conducta morning walkthrough to ensure all lights, TVs, and spaces areguest-ready

Checkand tidy the coffee station; ensure areas remain clean throughout the day

Confirmpool gates and gym entry points are properly secured

Continuewalkthroughs every two hours to ensure consistent cleanliness andreadiness

Refillcoffee, tea, flavored water packets, cups, and condiments throughout theday

Monitorsupply levels and notify the Lifestyle Director before stocks run low

Create,track, and close work orders efficiently

Maintainopen work order reports and communicate with vendors

Assistwith filing and administrative tasks

Collectand submit ARC applications

Cheerfullyanswer phones and respond promptly to emails

Scheduleresident appointments and place calls on behalf of the Property Manager

Assistwith event setup, day-of needs, guest check-ins, and cleanup

Serveas a liaison with event vendors

Contactvendors for pricing, availability, or confirmations

Full-Time Tue-Sat 9:30am-6pm

Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
