Romeoville, Illinois CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator candidates in the Romeoville, IL area. Join our growing team in Romeoville! We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to fill Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator positions. Responsibilities
Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility Perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in alignment with 5S standards Utilize a barcode scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) to track and process inventory Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to safely move, lift, stack, and transport products, equipment, and materials Use a handheld scanner with a high level of accuracy to track inventory and orders Load and unload trailers and staging areas as needed Follow and maintain 5S standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Show a strong commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement Understand and adhere to Supply Chain quality policies and procedures Perform inbound receiving processes, including verifying, sorting, and storing materials Desired Background/Skills
Previous warehouse experience or previous reach truck forklift experience. Consistent and relevant work history Other Information
