Domino’s Pizza in Fenton, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Process cash and credit card transactions
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling
Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
concerns effectively
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
