About the role
The Project Recruiter will support our client through a dedicated engagement, delivering high impact recruiting services while leveraging proprietary tools, databases, and governance frameworks to meet hiring objectives. This role involves partnering closely with client stakeholders to define strategic hiring goals, analyze workforce needs, and determine the most effective recruiting methods. The recruiter will design and implement tailored strategies for each client and role, build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and specialized roles. Throughout the assignment, the recruiter will be fully dedicated to the client’s hiring initiatives, ensuring focused recruitment management while upholding our company’s standards, processes, and employment practices. What you’ll be doing
Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives. Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices. Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on client industries and roles. Administers job postings in various systems. Manage full cycle recruiting for designated positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Provides guidance and negotiates salaries for client; completes appropriate correspondence for each placement. Tours clients’ offices and seeks to gain full understanding of clients’ goals and objectives. Leverage multiple recruiting strategies (job boards, referrals, networking, social media) to attract high-quality candidates. Deliver timely candidate pipelines and hiring updates for client while managing communication of progress and challenges to leaders. Develops relationships with key business leaders at client site. Represent LHH RS US with professionalism while embedded within the client environment. Adhere to all compliance, confidentiality, and employment policies of LHH RS US. About you
Education & Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required. Competencies
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions. Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools. Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,045 - $110,083. Compensation varies based on experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. Benefits
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
