What You’ll Do As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees and donors
Educate the public on
nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and fundraising initiatives
Answer questions clearly and confidently
Assist with
event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build positive relationships with community members and partner organizations
Maintain a
high-energy, professional, and welcoming presence
at all events

Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with new people
Strong communicators with a positive attitude
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn

Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or event experience is a plus—but not required.
