Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Write service repair orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs
Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
At least 1 year’s Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required
Fantastic customer service and communication skills
Friendly personality
Time-management skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Strong computer skills
Good multitasking and organizational skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR.
We are a DRUG free employer and a pre-employments test is required
