Production Technician
openingsat the Nissan manufacturing plant located in
Canton, MS.
Job Description Job Responsibilities Include:
Provide high quality customer service to customers via telephone.
Resolve customer inquiries, billing disputes and correct payment errors.
Provide customers with account information and manage account maintenance.
Assist customers with accepting phone payments on accounts.
Research customer problems, and assessing customer needs as needed.
Manage in-office filing systems.
Will receive 4 weeks of training. Calls will be monitored and you will be coached based on those monitors.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products.
Ability to solve problems rapidly.
Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Call Center experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately under time constraints
