Qualifications
1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry a plus).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!).
A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
