We are seeking a dedicated
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
to join our ABA team and support the delivery of high-quality therapy to pediatric clients. In this role, you will work with children with autism and related developmental disorders under the supervision of a BCBA, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current Texas license as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) and certification by the BACB as a BCaBA
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Provide ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans and ensure treatment fidelity
Monitor client progress and report updates to the supervising BCBA
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote holistic, child-centered care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
