Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Payment Specialist to work closely with the global Retail Business and Shared Service teams for one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies in Santa Clara Valley, CA. This position starts immediately and goes through April 2017 with a strong possibility of an extension depending on client needs and performance. This position pays $20.00 per hour. Job Description
Looking for a self‑motivated, organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the Retail and Share Services teams. Responsibilities
Management of an invoice mailbox. Sending out invoices for approvals. Looking up purchase orders. Checking and auditing invoices for accuracy. Scanning invoices and uploading to the client server. Documenting and filing monthly invoices. Participating with the business partners and suppliers to drive best finance practices worldwide. Ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications
Must be detailed oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. 0‑2 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to build effective business partnerships. Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Previous experience in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Term of Assignment
This is an 8+ month full‑time position working 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Why Kelly?
