About the role: Working in partnership with our creative director and team, the Lead Creative will have a strong background in conceptual thinking, and creative ideation, art direction, design, and leadership, with a passion for creating visually compelling and strategically sound work, a passion for social media and AI. The Lead Creative is responsible for conceptualizing social first ideas and guiding/creating the visual aspects of all creative projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and align with client objectives.

What you will be doing: Creative Leadership

Lead concepting and creative direction from brief to delivery, shaping ideas that drive brand and performance outcomes

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, and other team members to develop and execute creative strategies.

Provide guidance, inspiration, and mentorship to designers and other creatives/content creators within the team.

Review and approve visual work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand standards of quality and creativity.

Stay updated on industry trends, social trends, tools, Ai and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of our visual work.

Brand Development and Evolution

Conceptualize and provide critical thinking for brand campaigns and projects.

Support the evolution of visual brand identities, ensuring they remain fresh, relevant and aligned with the brand’s core values.

Develop new brand graphics, digital and motion guidelines, and brand templates to ensure consistency across all platforms and media.

Drive implementation and use of Ai across various brand projects, executions and daily tasks.

Client Collaboration

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, brand, and objectives, translating them into compelling visual concepts.

Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final deliverables.

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the creative output. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the creative output.

Storytelling Enhancement

Develop and elevate the social storytelling capabilities of the team.

Integrate visual and narrative elements to create cohesive and engaging brand stories.

Ensure that all visual and written content work harmoniously to convey compelling and effective messages.

Collaboration and Communication

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas.

Communicate effectively with team members, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the creative process.

Collaborate with the Motion Designers, Integrated Designers, Graphic Designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and integrated visual solutions across all media.

What you need to be great in this role:

5 years of experience in ideation, art direction or a similar role within an agency or in-house creative department with a focus on social and digital.

A

portfolio

showcasing standout campaigns and craft (art direction) across multiple channels, with clear outcomes

Experience leading creative from brief through production for consumer brands, ideally across multiple markets

Strong storytelling and the ability to frame ideas clearly for team and clients

Proven ability to guide and inspire multi-disciplinary teams and external partners

Practical knowledge of production for stills, motion and/or content design, and how to get the best from budgets

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong experience, knowledge of Gen Ai and a passion for creativity using AI.

Strong experience in social media first creative approach and experience in driving strong social media campaigns through social creative concepts.

Exceptional visual and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.
