Implementation & Go-Live Lead end-to-end smart cities software implementation, configuration, and rollout, including new software updates and go-live activities. Lead software implementation activities in collaboration with vendors, system integrators, and internal IT teams. Identify and troubleshoot issues, log defects, and provide detailed reports. Work with cross-functional teams, including offshore developers, IT administrators to address and resolve software application issues. Ensure overall functional quality of released applications across required platforms and mechanisms. Own go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization. Design and manage integrations between smart cities applications and 3rd party systems, including but not limited to GIS, CRM, SCADA, AMI Ensure seamless data flow, traceability, and synchronization across the digital thread. Define integration standards, interfaces, and middleware requirements to support scalable system architecture. Client Support Understand Client Business & Operation Requirements and translate them into engineering actions. Provide technical support to end-users and clients, troubleshooting and resolving software applications related issues. Qualifications
Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent 9-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Implementation & Integration Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Well-developed problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Hands-on:
Restful APIs Development and Troubleshooting, and MQTT knowledge. Proficiency in JSON and XML. Testing using Postman and MQTT testing tools. Network concepts and protocols, and troubleshooting using Network Diagnostic Tools. Database knowledge Working with Microservices architecture. Application support and implementation experience. Working with application servers (Apache Tomcat, NGINX). Clustering knowledge. Working with Java, .NET, Javascript or Spring Boot. Working with Kubernetes, and Docker. Working with virtualized environments.
