Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to support our global content and media efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial markets, digital storytelling, and building engaging online communities. You will assist in content publishing, and performance tracking across ICE’s key platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Monitor social channels daily for engagement opportunities, trends, and relevant news.

Support the execution of campaigns aligned with marketing, investor relations, and corporate communications.

Collaborate with content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Track and report on social media KPIs using analytics tools.

Help manage content calendars and asset libraries.

Help manage Monday.com project request board and project tracking

Participate in team brainstorms.

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of professional experience in social media, marketing, or communications.

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, grammar, and clarity.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic publishing tools (e.g., Sprinkler, Hootsuite, or native platforms).

Interest in finance, markets, fintech, or data-driven industries.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Basic knowledge of financial markets or willingness to learn.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.

Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or native platform insight.

New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $70,000 - 95,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
