We are seeking
Seasonal Distribution Clerks - Swing Shift
to join our Distribution Center in Loveland, CO. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity through
June 30, 2026.
Schedule January - Mid-February: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Mid-February - June 30: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
This role is responsible for shipment order processing, material handling, and logistics/inventory software use. You’ll be part of a team that ensures products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards and supporting ministry impact through operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
Replenish materials and report deviations from standard processes
Inspect orders for accuracy and product quality
Package products securely to ensure damage-free delivery
Create proper carton labeling for shipments
Monitor and report on shipping supplies and equipment
Record accurate shipping information in warehouse systems
Deliver incoming mail and packages promptly
Prepare and deliver outgoing packages to carriers on time
Perform inventory transactions in WMS and related systems
Maintain knowledge of all Distribution Center tasks, including receiving, warehousing, delivery, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Participate in process improvement initiative
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a high-volume production or distribution environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to frequently lift 45 pounds unassisted and over 45 pounds on occasion
Stand and move for 8-10 hours
Repetitive movements (reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.)
Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping software
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Comfortable working in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
Basic math skills and ability to work with units of measure
