Job Overview The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and operates restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will receive the tools and training needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
Filter oil fryers daily
Maintain outside grounds
Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms inside and outside
Unload delivery truck twice a week
Take out and empty trash compactor
Change light bulbs
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
