Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.
Job Description Under close supervision of the project Team Coordinators / Management team, the Site Coordinators are dedicated to each practice and are the single points of contact for each office. Site Coordinators are typically aligned to manufacturer sales regions and will be responsible for quality review of completed verification of benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Fosters relationships with physician office staff
Builds partnerships with sales force
Establishes themselves as regional experts regarding payer trends
Assist with coverage research and benefit verification as well as financial qualification analysis
Billing and coding support
Prior authorization assistance
Conduct quality review of final product
Required
Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data entry/typing
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Independent problem solver, good decision making, and robust analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Preferred
High school diploma or GED minimally required. Two (2) + years directly related and progressively responsible experience and/or college degree
Specific experience in medical office administration, benefit verification, coding, claims processing or customer service at an insurance company a plus
Broader experience/training may be considered in fields such as case management, social services and pharmacy technician
Familiarity with verification of insurance benefits a plus
Fundamental understanding of key payers including Medicaid, Medicare and private payers
