What You’ll Do
Create a warm, consistent, and developmentally rich classroom.
Inspire hands‑on learning through creativity, patience, and intention.
Observe and guide children through meaningful milestones.
Build strong partnerships with families by sharing joyful progress.
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth the Montessori way.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of lead teacher experience in preschool or childcare.
Strong understanding of early childhood development.
Nurturing, patient, and organized by nature.
A positive communicator who thrives in a team.
Passionate about early education and eager to grow into Montessori leadership.
