Roles & Responsibilities
Check goods received against purchase orders, maintain records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
Package and prepare products for shipment, including weighing and posting shipping charges.
Conduct cycle counting activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
Oversee domestic and international shipping and receiving processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to material and warehouse operations.
Perform physical tasks such as staging, supplying, and delivering materials to production areas.
Utilize SAP to track material transactions, conduct bin-to-bin transfers, and run material staging.
Evaluate production schedules to determine material requirements from external vendors.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as needed.
Provide support to supervisors, lead workers, and assist with training new employees.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Experience Required
Forklift certification required.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations preferred.
SAP experience is a plus.
Skills & Certifications
Forklift operation, including high reach and stand-up forklifts.
Attention to detail in checking and recording inventory.
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
Eligibilities & qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification.
Previous experience in warehouse operations desirable.
SAP experience preferred.
