This nursing position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus!
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights
Registered Nurse (RN)
provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit) adult patients’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for Mayo health services skilled nursing facility - Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN.
Nursing schedule includes;
40 hours every two weeks
Night shift, 8 hour shifts
Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation
Partial benefits (paid time off, matching retirement, DHS education scholarships)
Lake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota. Responsibilities
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modifies plan of care as necessary
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required Qualifications
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
Current MN RN license
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
0-1 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
0-3 years of experience
TCU LPN/RN experience
Basic computer skills
