Location: Savannah, GA
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm start time
Position Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Conveyor Picker with strong attention to detail and previous manual picking experience. In this role, you will select and prepare various products for shipment according to order labels, ensuring accuracy and speed in a fast‑paced environment. Repeated heavy lifting is required. Experience working on a mezzanine is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Place labels on boxes in the order received
Accurately read and identify product descriptions and item numbers
Communicate inventory needs to replenishment staff
Operate and, when needed, shut down conveyor lines safely
Keep accurate records to support inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse security
Assist with physical inventories and in other warehouse zones as needed
Ensure a neat, organized, and safe work environment
Report any safety or equipment issues in writing
Appropriately handle materials according to company standards
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Six months of related warehouse picking experience preferred
Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, preferred
Mezzanine picking experience highly desirable
Competencies & Skills:

Professionalism, clear communication, and positive attitude
Time management and dependability
Results‑driven and flexible
Strong attention to detail
Basic math and literacy skills
Ability to learn company systems and product information
Comfortable using handheld technology
Inventory and quality control skills
Working Conditions:
Work in a warehouse that is not temperature controlled (heat, humidity, and weather exposure possible)
Occasional work in refrigerated areas
Moderate to loud noise environment with some dust and equipment fumes
Physical Requirements:
Reliable, consistent attendance is essential
Must be able to operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts if needed
Able to stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, and handle products throughout shift
Repeated lifting of 50–65 lbs, including some overhead lifting
Specific vision abilities required for the job
