Family Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Primary Care & Urgent Care
Our Family Health Center in Monroe, Georgia is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for their primary & Urgent care clinics. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages within a team setting, with opportunities for clinical autonomy. Responsibilities & Duties
Conducting physical exams and health assessments. Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses. Developing and managing patient treatment plans. Prescribing medications and therapies. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Providing preventive care and health education. Maintaining accurate medical records in an EHR system. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring to specialists. Potentially performing minor in-office procedures. Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Licensure:
Current, unrestricted ARNP license in Georgia. Certification:
FNP certification from a recognized body like ANCC or AANP. Experience:
Prior experience in family practice, Urgent care clinic, or hospital settings is preferred. Skills:
Strong communication skills, EHR proficiency, ability to make critical decisions, and commitment to patient care and the facility's mission.
