Crew Change Location: Across Gulf of Mexico Coast
Job Responsibilities
A member of the construction leadership team reporting to Bronco Energy Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representative.
Provides leadership in the safe execution of work offshore and supervises multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators and riggers.
Coordinates daily work tasks for construction crew.
Conducts and audits JSA’s and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
Maintains adequate Tool House Inventory and Materials Management for job scope.
Skills & Experience
Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in Welding or Fitting or other offshore construction skilled trade.
Must be able to pull measurements and draw isometric drawings.
Competence in supervising and leading others.
Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preference.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
