Scope of Work Under the direction of the unit supervisor, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA)/Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for coordinating the Department’s Every 15 Minutes (E15M) program and associated grant. The SSA/AGPA oversees statewide E15M program presentations and other alcohol reduction education programs throughout California.

Effective January 1, 2026, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) will change the classification name of Associate Governmental Program Analyst/Staff Services Analyst to Analyst I / Analyst II. This update affects the job title only; your application remains valid and you may be hired under the new Analyst II title after January 1, 2026.
