Compensation at a Glance Base Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $35,000 annually Partnership Upside with a structured and transparent path

What We Do We specialize in high end residential landscape design and construction management throughout South Florida, including waterfront estates and luxury communities.
Our services include landscape and hardscape design, lighting, irrigation, drainage, and construction oversight to protect design integrity.
You will be supported by an in-house drafting team, a dedicated 3D graphics team, LiDAR scanning, an instant sales proposal app, and a proprietary online presentation platform.

The Opportunity As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead your own team of designers, drafters, and 3D specialists. You will manage client relationships from initial meeting through final delivery, sell and oversee your own projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
You will have the freedom to operate entrepreneurially while receiving full administrative, sales, and marketing support. From day one, you will be on a defined path toward partnership with the ability to scale your team and income over time.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to lead the design development process, serving as the primary design point of contact from concept through final documentation
Serve as lead designer on all assigned projects, owning the design vision and execution
Manage the full design process and overall client experience related to design deliverables
Drive project timelines and support adherence to project budgets through disciplined design management
Lead and mentor internal design team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and deadlines are met
Conduct in-person and virtual design presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain quality control across all plans, drawings, and design documentation
Collaborate closely with operations and construction partners to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum of five years of professional experience
Proven leadership and client facing sales skills
Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
High personal accountability and ownership mindset
Preferred
Expertise in Florida native plants and materials
Experience owning or managing a design practice
Budgeting or financial management experienceFormal leadership or management training
Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion
