The Role Presidio is seeking a seasoned, customer‑facing Project Manager for our Contact Center Team. The Project Manager facilitates and coordinates the implementation of large‑scale on‑premise and cloud contact center solutions with short and extended timelines. The Project Manager is involved in all phases of the project from obtaining requirements to roll‑out, while maintaining budget, communications, and objectives of the overall project.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day management of all phases of the project including obtaining requirements, design, development, test, and deployment.
Critical path analyses and tracking to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds customer satisfaction goals.
Resource planning and partnership with internal management to determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules.
Project management while balancing gross margin and billable utilization targets.
Cost monitoring and accounting support for project time, materials, and services.
Coordination of all project activities with business owners, stakeholders, and support teams.
Relationship management and coordination with vendors, customers, sub‑contractors, and engineering teams.
Delivery of all deliverables to customers, tracking status and installation schedules.
Quality assurance of all Statement of Work deliverables.
Change management oversight on overall project scope according to predefined change process.
Creation and maintenance of project schedules, risk mitigation plans, budget, status reports, and other project documentation.
Client satisfaction resolution and development of long‑term partner relationships.
Keeping up to date on relevant solutions, including Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco Customer Voice Portal, WebEx Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, Google CCAI, and Dialogflow.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
Project Management experience in technical solutions such as Contact Center, DevOps, Cloud, and/or on‑prem solutions.
Proficiency in MS Project.
PMP or Agile Certification (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
3+ years as a hands‑on Project Manager managing technical VAR implementation projects with customer‑facing experience.
