We have openings across 23 urgent care centers in Northern Virginia, offering flexible scheduling options including PRN, part-time, and full-time roles.### * **Physician-Led Organization:** Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.* **Integrated Care Model:** Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.* **Subspecialty Primary Care Options:** Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.* **Innovative Technology:** Pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9; access to informatics specialists and robust telemedicine platform.### **Benefits*** Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses* Outpatient-only role with limited call* Medical malpractice and tail coverage* Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)* Retirement plan with 5% match starting Day 1* Education assistance up to $5,250/year* Student loan support up to $10,000* VA license and DEA reimbursement (if applicable)* Paid CME time* Mental health support: 25 free sessions/year for team members and dependents### **Minimum Qualifications****Education:*** NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program* PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification**Experience:*** Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine**Licensure & Certification:*** BLS Certification* Licensed NP or PA in Virginia* RN Compact License (if applicable)* DEA License (if prescribing controlled substances)* Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol**Credentialing Requirements:*** Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)* Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges### ### **About Inova**Inova is Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider, with over 26,000 team members delivering world-class care.
