2024-12934As a **Field Service Controls Engineer**, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation, commissioning, and servicing of advanced food and health-processing machinery used by leading manufacturers worldwide. You’ll apply your expertise in automation, electrical systems, and controls to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality service for our customers, while representing **JBT Marel** with professionalism and care.**What you’ll be doing*** Install, commission, and service JBT processing equipment at customer sites worldwide.* Perform automation modifications, upgrades, and controls troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen Bradley).* Provide remote technical support and diagnostics from factory or home office.* Carry out electrical rebuilds, modifications, and other corrective service work.* Create and deliver technical training material for both customers and colleagues.* Document service activities, reporting deficiencies and opportunities for product and process improvements.* Ensure all service activities are carried out safely, adhering to JBT and customer safety standards.* Build strong customer relationships while representing JBT Marel professionally.* Perform additional duties to support the success of the field service team.**About You**You are a skilled and adaptable engineer with a strong background in automation and controls, capable of diagnosing and solving technical challenges.
