Why This Role Is Exciting As a full stack engineer with frontend focus, you’ll play a critical part in building our culture: you will foster collaboration, innovation, and trust while leveraging your technical expertise to execute on the product vision.

You will be working directly with the CTO and collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams to create powerful tooling that enable healthcare teams to orchestrate patient care coordination at scale. You will lead the development of our high performance application that seamlessly integrates AI-driven insights, making complex care coordination processes efficient and actionable. In this fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, you'll see the direct results of your work improving care coordination workflows and ultimately patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high performance web applications that enable teams to manage patient care coordination workflows at enterprise scale

Build insightful dashboards that enables operations teams real-time visibility into care transitions, patient status, and workflow bottlenecks

Develop complex workflow management tools that help clinical and operations teams orchestrate multi-step care coordination processes

Build user interfaces that elegantly present conversational AI interactions, predictive insights, and real-time patient data

Implement frontend performance best practices — modularization, lazy loading, and efficient state management

Build reusable code libraries, components, and frameworks to improve development speed and quality.

Improve engineering quality via code reviews and writing technical specs, and help establish development standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Work with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of full stack development experience with 3+ years focused on advanced frontend development, including at least 2 years in a senior/staff level role

Proven track record building user-facing products from 0 to 1, with experience scaling frontend architectures

Expert-level proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, modern CSS, and state management solutions (Redux, MobX etc.)

Good understanding of Node.js, Express, and RDBMS to build full-stack features when needed

Excellent system architecture skills with experience designing extensible, scalable backend systems

Experience with modern build tools, testing frameworks, and frontend deployment pipelines

Experience working with cross-functional and non-technical business stakeholders and partners

Preferred Qualifications

Background in healthcare technology, medical devices, or health information systems

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration.

Experience with AI/ML model deployment platforms, A/B testing for ML models, monitoring and observability tools.

Knowledge of data visualization libraries or frameworks.

Background in mentoring and coaching engineering teams.

$165,000 - $185,000 a year
