Salary Range:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

What does this job look like daily? Complete IT projects and operational goals efficiently and on time while continuously improving processes and procedures.

Maintain and document Koch systems, infrastructure, processes, and supported services to ensure accuracy and continuity.

Build, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot infrastructure servers, Citrix environments, networks, and firewalls across all locations.

Monitor infrastructure, hardware health, backups, warranties, licenses, and system performance to ensure reliability and lifecycle management.

Identify, isolate, and remediate software, network, and infrastructure issues impacting critical business functions.

Coordinate with Koch Services IT, third-party vendors, and clients by creating and managing tickets, communicating status, and resolving issues promptly.

Manage security initiatives including cyber vulnerability identification, remediation plans, endpoint imaging, email security, and end-user security training.

Participate as an SME for enterprise upgrades, manage email services (on-prem and cloud), provide on-call support, and perform diagnosis and resolution of service requests.

What do you need to do this job?

Experience & Education:

Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

7-10+ years’ experience with hardware systems and systems applications

Very familiar with DNS, TCP/IP configuration and server/systems industry best practices

2+ years Cyber Security standards experience

Security Monitoring & Remediation knowledge

3-5+ years firewall knowledge

3+ years Citrix knowledge

5+ years Microsoft Exchange

3-5+ years switching and routing experience

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.

About the role The salary grade for this position ranges from $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $85,764.30 - $125,113.70 (commensurate with experience).
