Job Description The Logistics Analyst position will perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
Identifies and evaluates opportunities to grow backhaul and logistics income in a defined geographic area.
Negotiates carriers’ contracted freight rates, implementing programs and the management and evaluation of line-haul carriers to increase revenues and optimize profitability.
Prepares and approves carrier bills, resolves complaints, and coordinates activities across departments.

Required Qualifications
Must be local, not a remote position.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-2 years’ experience in Logistics or related field. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail. Job will require organizational skills and consistent communication with other departments. Successful candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize.
