Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
Project Engineer Responsibilities
Conduct construction observation and field engineering services as required. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed. Prepare and review permit applications and regulatory documents. Prepare project schedules, design layouts, and technical calculations using relevant software. Manage project timelines effectively, working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Conduct engineering studies to identify and address project challenges. Review engineering documents for accuracy and completeness, implementing necessary revisions.
Project Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development or civil engineering projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and regulatory requirements. Commercial and/or residential experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
