• Avg Patients/day: 20+
• Ages: all ages, mostly adults
• Cases: Bread and butter general dentistry
• Credentialing: 1 Week

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Active LA License
• Nitrous Certificate,
• Medicaid MCNA & Dentaquest
