Schedule :
  1. Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p No after hours call
  2. Shifts/Month: 20 (FT 5 days each week)
  3. Coverage Needs Details: Full time 5 days a week office practice from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with surgeries. Client prefers someone ongoing for a minimum of 6 months.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Active PA State License
  2. DEA Required: Yes
  3. Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
  4. Required Procedures: Typical Urology procedures
  5. Required Certifications: BLS
  6. Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1

  1. Practice Type: Hospital Based Free Standing clinic
  2. AVG 20 patients per day
  3. APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No
  4. Will provider work solo? Yes
  5. Other specialties on-site: Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24/7
