• Required Clinical Areas : Non-surgical, surgical, and invasive procedures
• Other Ophthalmologists : Yes, additional ophthalmologists will provide coverage during locum tenens dates

Requirements:

• Board Certification : Required in Ophthalmology
• State License : Michigan license required
• Certifications : BLS/ACLS not required unless performing moderate or deep sedation
• Experience : Must have expertise in trauma care for adult and geriatric patients

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 3 months
• Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing
