Procurement Analyst (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Procurement Analyst who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping work moving, supporting internal partners, and building a strong foundation in procurement while learning from experienced team members. The right candidate brings a balance of independence, organization, and clear communication, with an interest in growing within a developing procurement function.
This role is fully remote. Candidates must work EST hours.
Responsibilities
Triage and manage incoming procurement requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing.
Execute routine, low‑dollar and low‑risk contracts to support day‑to‑day business needs.
Partner with senior analysts to support sourcing activities, vendor coordination, and workload overflow.
Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Resolve procurement‑related issues, including invoice discrepancies and basic contracting questions.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple requests.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant procurement experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Basic negotiation and contracting knowledge, with interest in developing deeper expertise.
Experience with procurement or ticketing systems (such as Workday or ServiceNow) preferred; MSP program exposure is a plus.
Compensation $24–$27.88/hr (DOE).
