Job Summary Ensures that warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on time, adhering to company standards. Unloads received, and processes inbound products. Moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts, and loads outbound products following customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Establish Inventory Control Measures and Processes.

Conduct Internal Inventory audits.

Serve as a Liaison between the Warehouse and Sales.

Review the Quality of our inventory on hand.

Determine areas of opportunity in the rotation of our Inventory.

Random route/picking audits.

Analyze current processes and establish new ones to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

Emotional intelligence, planning and process monitoring, self‑directed.

Prior experience working in a distribution center is preferred.

Excellent personal image, self‑managed, conflict management, customer‑focused, collaborative, action‑oriented.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, squat and kneel often, and lift 30 to 50 pounds, as needed.
