We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our team, capable of leading projects through all phases. Responsibilities will include program refinement, zoning and code research, schematic design, millwork design and detailing, construction documents, and construction administration, among others. Candidates must be self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage young designers, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and builders. Candidates must have an accredited degree in architecture, 10‑15 years of relevant experience, and want to increase their expertise in fine home design and craft. A thorough knowledge of wood frame construction and detailing is essential. Good freehand drawing skills will also be valuable, along with an appreciation for the myriad architectural styles that have evolved in the United States. Proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite is preferred.
