This Card Services Specialist I role requires a deep understanding of credit union products and services, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Card Services Specialist I assists staff and members with account and card questions; control issuing, blocking, or renewal of credit cards/ATM cards/Debit cards as well as reviewing charges to determine fraudulent activity.**What you’ll do:*** Assists members and staff with their telephone requests regarding card servicing; answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.* Prevents fraud by correctly identifying members using call identification procedures.
