Starting rate is $19/Hour (or based on experience) Minimum Requirements – Please Read Before Applying:
Must live within 30 minutes of Auburn Hills, MI
Minimum 1 year
experience in restoration or construction.
Familiar with
controlled demolition
(drywall, trim, cabinets, toe-kick, etc)
Basic
power tools
knowledge
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Dependable transportation to our Auburn Hills shop
Willing to:
Submit to background check
Be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (we are a 24/7/365 emergency company)
Responsibilities:
Water extraction & removal of damaged materials
Mold & Fire Remediation under the direction of Project Manager
Setting up industrial fans and dehumidifiers
Detailed cleaning & job site awareness
