The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. What will you do?

Serve as the first point of contact for human resources and housing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate routing

Assist with scheduling new team member start dates, orientations, housing check‑ins, and onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and organize HR files, records, and documentation, supporting audits and compliance requirements

Support housing operations by assisting with events, inspections, transportation, and administrative duties, including shuttle driving as needed

Coordinate training sessions, participate in safety initiatives, and collect information related to team member injuries and accidents

Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed

More about you

High school diploma or GED required

Prior office or employee housing experience preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet all underwriting requirements for the company insurance plan

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Shift details OT as needed
