Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $14-$20 (Depends on education & experience)
Schedule: 7:30a – 5:30/6p / 4 Days a week / No Weekends or Holidays
**Part Time Opportunities available also.**
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures (you’re basically their right paw)
Handling animals with care, confidence, and compassion — even the spicy ones
Preparing exam rooms, equipment, and patients (fur happens)
Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Monitoring patients before and after procedures
Educating pet parents with kindness and clarity
Keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For
Veterinary Technician experience (licensed or certified is a plus!)
A genuine love for animals — all sizes, breeds, and personalities
Strong communication skills (with both people and pets)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure, steady hands, and a great sense of humor
Willingness to get your hands dirty — literally

Can read a pet’s mood faster than their owner
Aren’t afraid of fur, slobber, scratches, or the occasional dramatic howl
