Overnight Valet / Porter Signing/Retention Bonus: $1,000 Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each new friend hired (terms apply) Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 per hour + cash tip Job Type: Full‑Time (32 hours/week) Location: One Beacon Garage, Boston, MA Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight) Must Have: 2 years driver's license; preference for manual transmission Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet / Porters for full‑time opportunities to start immediately. Responsibilities Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely. Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self‑park vehicles. Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines. Maintain company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all‑around pleasure to be with. Be outside and active most of your day – standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure removal of dirt, dust, litter, and debris from all areas of the facility. Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed. Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office. Responsible for safety and security of company equipment. Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner. Pick‑up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location. Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re‑stock supplies as needed. Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility. Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed. May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects. Qualifications – Must Haves At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience. Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed. Great communicator in written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. Qualifications – Good To Haves Valet parking experience: 1 year+.
