Overview Join a great team in Mooresville, NC as a production and packaging associate. The production and packaging associate is responsible for the production or packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This position is a support role for several areas, including but not limited to packing, assembly, inspection, and labeling. Candidates must be flexible and perform various plant labor positions. Job Type Temp-to-Hire Schedule & Shift Schedule: Rotational (3 days one week, 4 days the following week and working every other weekend) Shift: 6pm-6am or 7pm-7am Pay: 17.00 hrly Responsibilities Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting Production on a fast-paced assembly line or environment Load materials and products into package processing equipment Perform related duties as required by supervisors Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations Must be able to keep up with the pace of production Qualifications / You will need to Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Maintain the production pace of other team members Must be able to stand for long periods Use of hands in repetitive motion May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts Due to the plant's environment, you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold #J-18808-Ljbffr
