The Housekeeping team helps create special memories and a home‑away‑from‑home experience for each of our Guests every day. Cast Members on the Housekeeping team are responsible for the overall cleaning and replenishing of amenities for all hotel Guest Rooms. They are expected to clean a minimum number of rooms daily, ranging in size from Standard Studio Rooms to Deluxe Suites and Vacation Club Villas.

Team Disney Anaheim Casting Center – Visitor Lot, 700 West Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92802
Directions to the Parking Lot:
If traveling West on Ball Road, turn left on Cast Place (before Disneyland Drive), then next left. Parking attendant is on the left.
If traveling East to the Casting Center, pass Disneyland Dr., Cast Place is the next right, then next left. Parking attendant is on the left.

Housekeeping Room Attendant Responsibilities
Clean up to 13 units per day and additional if needed.
Make and change bedding of all types.
Dust furniture, vacuum, and fold towels.
Touch up windows, walls, baseboards and clean patio/balconies, floors, furniture.
Replace amenities in Guest Rooms and fold towels.
Change shower liner and curtains on certain days.
Stock carts and/or baskets with amenities and linen/terry.
Replace any items utilized by Guests during their stay, such as portable cribs, rollways, coffee makers, ironing board, or refrigerators.
Clean and/or replace glasses, mugs, coffee makers, and carafes when servicing rooms.
Deliver clean glasses to each floor at the beginning of the shift and have dirty glasses brought down to the basement at the end of the shift.
Deep clean on special project days.
Clean bathrooms daily.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong verbal communication skills; ability to speak and read English.
Positive personality with a passion for Guest Service.
Must meet the requirements of a physical assessment.
Ability to multi‑task.
Willing to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using a smartphone for daily assignments.
Must use personal protective equipment (boots, gloves, goggles), hand tools (mops, brooms), and power equipment/tools.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel.
Must be available to work any shift, including holidays, with any combination of days off.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel (desired).
Schedule Availability Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Some shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM while others may end as late as 3:00 AM, 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM. Please note that seniority principles are used for scheduling all roles.
