Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement effective interventions to improve movement, manage pain, and increase patient mobility
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and treatment techniques
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State
Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
