Full Time | Multiple Shifts Available | Pay Range: $43.29 to $76.06 per hour

Requirements to apply
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
PALS certification (American Heart Association) within 90 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
Pediatric or critical care experience preferred
Job Overview The PICU Registered Nurse provides specialized, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents requiring intensive monitoring and life-sustaining interventions. This role involves managing complex pediatric conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced critical care settings, demonstrates strong clinical assessment skills, and is committed to family-centered pediatric care.
Responsibilities Continuous patient assessment, critical care interventions, medication administration, care coordination, patient and family education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
