Role Specifics & Responsibilities

Administering prescribed medications and IV therapies within scope.
Assisting with procedures, wound care, drains, and ostomy care as ordered.
Preparing and updating care plans with accurate documentation.
Coordinating with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and post‑discharge needs.
Maintaining patient safety through vigilant fall and infection prevention measures.
Documenting accurately in electronic medical records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
