Fulltime Evening RN Supervisor position available for 3pm-11pm shift in Reading, MA
Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:
Managing clinical staff on 3pm-11pm shift
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to dealfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
Managing patient and family concerns as needed on evening shift
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required-MA & RN Only
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state please list the state that is required for role
Prior supervisory experience
